Stevenage, Ibis Hotel

This hotel was a disgrace on the 3rd sept 2010 (3 night stay). On booking no mention was made of the fact the hotel was due to undergo refurb. The room allocated was not cleaned by mid evening (linens, loos, etc) and hsd to wait until next morning for a change. There was a dispute about booking in and the night staff were very rude. I was told that there was no manager and would not be one for 8 weeks. Sadly due to commitments had to remain at this hotel. No apology was forthecoming from a very unenthusiastic staff. Appalling time had. Never again! not even with complmenatry booking.

Don't try to pay cash they can't cope!!!!
