Excellent views, food pretty good. In house services prices very good. Rooms very clean and well kept. 2 restaurants.
Very nice hotel with excellent staff but in my opinion there are some significant issues the hotel management needs to address.

Accommodation and food faultless, welcome and staff attitude excellent. What a magical place. Bad points, none that I can think of. Visited Star Castle in April 2004 and would recommend.
