Shanklin, Aqua hotel

Have stayed twice and will stay again when visiting I.O.W -Service is excellent, very thorough. Clean and tidy. Food is good, staff are very nice people.

Over all it was brilliant. Even though the room wasn't the best, it was cleaned daily, bed changed and made, hovered and left looking fresh and nice, which in my book go along way than a small bathroom. I has my 3 year old daughter with me and she likes a glass of warm milk before bed, and seen as there was no microwave or fridge in the room (which I didn't expect anyway) there was no way of doing this for her, the hotel staff were very accommodating, and they supplied every night a glass of milk warmed up for her at no extra charge. It may seem small but it goes a long way.
