Pitlochry, Acarsaid Hotel

Website made it sounds so much more lovely than reality!

Staff were friendly enough, the lounge, dining and breakfast rooms were nicely furnished and decorated but this did not extend to the bedroom where I stayed.

There was no bathmat in the bath itself and nearly resulted in a bumped head, no shampoo or conditioner was supplied. Furniture was dated and mismatched.

Menu was extremely limited and was poor quality when it arrived.
