Good points: staff great,friendly and helpful. Lovely location, ideal for families an dogs, had a very relaxing time, would recommend!

Not so good:no soap in ensuite or complementary shampoo etc but price list if you wanted to buy it! Had already drank the water when later noticed on information poster that water was not drinking water! Strangely they didn't provide bottled water we had to buy this for our family to drink. Might be an idea to put sign at tap. menu was limited but food simple and nice. Only complaint again was the added extras that should be included in the price e.g. kids burger and chips - underneath in tiny writing - extra 50p for beans/peas etc. We think for £100.00 a night they should be proving the basic necessities for hygiene and drinking water!!
