Loved It
We stayed at Christmas eve - it was such a pleasant experience. Beautiful Christmas tree, Christmas scented hall. Staff were so friendly & with impeccable manners. Ate at the bistro - lovely. My sister had a magnificent room as it was a paid upgrade for her birthday. I had the lowest bracket room which was quite small, but great bathroom. Afternoon tea was one of the best we have had. Waitresses so professional & smart. Would go every year if we could!!
