Regent Hotel Cambridge

My stay at the Regent Hotel could not have been more pleasant and enjoyable. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly, and will gladly go out of their way to assist you with any request. The hotel has only recently been refurbished, and the decor is an ecletic mix of modern and tradtional. Furthermore, the hotel is immaculately clean and toiletries are included. A trouser press is in every room, as is a tea/coffee maker. The Regent only offers a cold buffet: cereal, ham slices, frest fruit, fruit juice, toast, and a number of delicious pastries and rolls. A small bar is on the premisis and you can sit back and enjoy a quiet drink among fellow guests.

The location is great: you can easily walk to shops, the bus station, and the colleges around Cambridge. A park is immediately behind the hotel where you can sit on a number of benches and watch tourists and locals enjoying themselves.

Would I stay again at the Regent? In a heartbeat! It has a cozy family atmosphere and the best service I have experienced in a long time!
