i stayed at the britania in new street the staff could not care less the room was discusting pubic hair in the bath splashes of urine behind toilet water cold. bed /bedding /furniture prehistoric. faulty lifts doors oh the toilet let every one know in the building were you had been. security! what security, i recomend this hotel if you are really desperate and nasty.......

i shall be writing tro the managing director as there have been many more complaints. also groups of people running from room to room shouting/knocking on doors screaming and generally being a pain in the kneck oh i wish i was a hotel inspector i would close it down. immediatley..

Generally disgusted. 8 of us stayed here across 4 rooms on different floors. Will NEVER stay in a Britannia again. Everyone of us had something to complain about and we all heard other customers complaining about things as well. Avoid unless desperate or free of charge.
