Moseley Farm B&B, Worcester

Booked this B&B through one of the popular hotel booking sites mainly because of its remote location for the purpose rest Acess was difficult, the house was not easy to locate particularly as I was arriving when it was already dark The landlady was so rude she hung up thrice on me on the phone because I was clarifying directions from her. Worse was to come. When I finally located the not adequately lit house I dared to complain about the treatment I had recieved. In response, this rude, snubbish and arrogant landlady immediately slammed the door in my face despite having booked and paid! I had to go stay in another hotel for the night. There was no customer care, no welcoming, nothing. This woman is EXTREMELY RUDE and uncaring to the utmost. I would certainly NOT be using her again. EVER!Though she eventually did not charge my payment card for that booking, I had been forced to book into an albeit much better facility at a much higher cost to me.
