Mercure Bristol North The Grange Hotel

Having been bought a Red Letter Day voucher for Christmas we decided to use it for this mini-break as I had never been to Bath and have always wanted to go there.

The hotel and grounds are in a stunningly beautiful location and the staff and food were excellent.

There was also outside seating for smokers to use but it was so comfortably furnished that as non-smokers we thoroughly enjoyed just relaxing there too.

The only criticism I have is not about red-letter days but about the hotel itself as unfortunately they do not have air-conditioning on the floor that we were on and it was during the hottest time so that meant that we did not get a very good nights sleep.

This did not in anyway ruin the overall experience.
