Definitely won't stay in a Travelodge again. We asked about availably of having another room and was told they didn't have any available, and the cost would have been £99 for the night.

A miserable experience and we will NEVER use Travelodge again.
Poor customer service and in my opinion misleading internet information.
It is unacceptable to force customers to park 400m away in an NCP car park and for customers to have to pay £13 o/n plus £15 additional breakfast costs. This is neither cheap nor cheerful.
I Will Never Use Travelodge Again. In Fact I Would
I will NEVER use travelodge again. In fact I would rename it travelcodge. The Manchester Gt. Ancoats site is truly the worst accommodation I have stayed in for years. It makes Fawlty Towers look good.
I realise this is basic accommodation but for £62.00 + costs I would expect something approaching decent not ghastly. My daughter is studying at Manchester Uni and when I visit her of friends come up to see her we will NOT be staying in travelcodge.
Well travelcodge its your loss. If enough customers vote with their feet as we are then you'll be travel no more. Theirs is no way to run a business judging from our miserable experience.
