On Arrival At The Lincoln Hotel We Received A Comp
On arrival at the Lincoln Hotel we received a complimentary room upgrade, so despite this being a good start, I've tried to not let it sway the review too much.
The bed in the room was enormous and extremely comfortable. The rest of the room was modern and clean, and with the balcony overlooking the cathedral and the complimentary hot chocolate it was a cosy first impression.
After a good night's sleep, we went down for the buffet breakfast. Now although I wasn't hungry by the time we checked out, they did struggle to keep things stocked up, and on more than one occasion I had to go back to my table empty-handed and try again later. But it was very busy and the staff were all smiles whilst trying to keep everyone happy.
Check-out was again a smiley and painless affair.
