Scarborough, Vincent Guest House

Myself and my mate have just had 3 nights in The Vincent and found it a very nice accommodation. We would definitely stay again and would also recommend it to friends.

We found it to be clean and comfortable and the breakfast was, as another reviewer says enough to keep you going most of the day. And it was freshly made. Gill is a very nice lady who made us feel very welcome.

Me, my partner and kids really enjoyed our stay at vincent guest house. Gill made our stay more than welcome, lovely lady always happy to help and made you feel like family not a visitor. me and my family will definately be comeing again. Storm the golden labrador is gorgeous wish we could have stayed longer.

From the initial phone call to book to the moment we left it was a genuine pleasure to be there, Gill was exactly what you would want from a host, warm and welcoming, if you had any issues she would attend to them straight away. The room itself is exactly what you would expect, clean and cheerful. Breakfast was outstanding and we didnt need to eat again until the evening. The Vincent is situated perfectly for a choice of either North or South beaches and its a 5 minute walk into town. This is somewhere that we would highly recommend for either families or couples. Very noisy, wish I would of gone elsewhere, breakfast tasted like it have been microwaved also shower never worked right and bedroom was dirty and bed was not to good. Won't be going there again.

We had a very enjoyable week here. Vincent Guest House was basic but the service was first class. We were well looked after. We felt more like we were staying with a family friend than in a Guest House. Ordered half board basis for part of the week and the food was excellent. A special mention to Storm the Golden Labrador who was always there to welcome you home.
