Scarborough, The Ambassador Hotel

This hotel is very dated and very poor value for money , buffet breakfast is always running out of things . Menu for lunch and dinner very poor and extremely over priced .The rooms are not very well thought out , situation of sockets are insane , you have to be a contortionist to plug things in , not very useful at all if you have mobility issues .Only 1 disabled friendly room in the hotel and that is situated next to the mud treatment room , so you come out of there and the floor is wet and slippery , an accident waiting to happen . On the plus side the one jewel in this hotels crown is a young man who works on reception and behind the bar , he is extremely helpful and very polite , if there is any justice in this world he will go far , the hotel are very lucky to have him in there employment
