Leeds Marriott Hotel

I stayed here recently and it is great - only 5 minutes walk from City railway station so handy for those travelling by rail. I arrived late at night and the checkin was really slow, so slow that I ended up missing the 23.00 hours cut off for anything decent from room service - even although this was their fault I found the staff to be really unhelpful and inflexible. My room had a really noisy vent (fortunatly I was very tired and I am a heavy sleeper, but it would have kept others awake) despite a complaint there was nothing that could be done to sort the noise.
