Keswick, Lodore Falls Hotel

All in all I found the restaurant and staff therein a major let down for such a beautiful hotel. Moreover I left word of this complaint on a customer comment card and nearly seven weeks later, the hotel has not acknowledged this. I do not normally make complaints but this service or lack of it certainly warranted a comment.
