Glenridding, The Inn on the Lake Hotel, Lake Ullswater

We first visited this venue to attend a wedding fayre being newly engaged (2 1/2 years before wedding) and fell in love with it immediately! I've worked at many local wedding fayres and this was the single most breathtaking venue yet! So we booked it!

Don't think it's all about weddings though (of course that is a specially of theirs) the hotel could not be give more luxery in a intimate and friendly setting! We've been several times since with different family members and everyone has been in awe of the place!! Definately worth the little extra than a B&B to stay somewhere like this!!!!
