London Paddington, Hotel Indigo

This hotels has a good interior design, the light is soft and the enviroment quite. The best was the hotel room, very clean, the bathroom was in perfect conditions, the pillows were great to rest. The worst is some members of the staff that were very unpolite when we ask some informations like if we were second hand customers.

Had a very nice stay there. Room was clean,which for me is of a great importance.

I stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. It is excellently located less than two minutes from Paddington station for Heathrow, Tubes, trains and buses. The room I had was a bit on the small side. Being a business traveller a trouser press is always useful but not on offer here. Rooms were well appointed, easy chair, plasma TV and good shower and toiletries. Breakfast was good offering a good selection of fruit, cereals and cooked items (I didn't have these) the restaurant menu was a little limited I thought and the two nights I stayed there and had room service on both evenings there were some issues and my meal had to go back.
