Comfort Inn (Tower of London)

The level of service at the Comfort Inn is appalling, you ask for a non smoking room and they put you in a room that smells like an ashtray. You ask for a double room and they put you in a single room. You are expected to eat your cold English breakfast using your fingers since there appears to be a severe lack of knives and forks and when you ask for cutlery you wait 20 mins. There is not enough breakfast in the morning to go round so you spend half the time waiting for them to bring more beans out which are freezing cold. When you decide enough is enough and check out the Duty Manager acknowledges the fact that you want to leave then annouces he has to go upstairs and leaves you standing there like an idiot!! This hotel certainly doesn't warrant the £130 for a double room that it asks.
