Torquay, Torcroft Hotel

Bathroom very dirty....room not tidied towels not changed etc....asked for mushrooms to be brown (not slimy and grey) I was told this was not possible as they don't do a la carte! they had difficulty in making bacon crisp too and were quite rude to me....no warm welcome just asked for money and then said I could not pay in same way that I made the deposit (mastercard) They had a really rude attitude towards me...I only had 2 nights but their attitude put a blight on the short break. I had gone to see a friend who had lost her son as I had lost mine too...
