Fantastic view from the position of the property, this sold it to us on the website, unfortunately the website stated items that were not present. There was no payphone, no tumble dryer, this suggests to me the website is not up-to-date.

Television reception was virtually non existant, advertised as variable reception is an understatement. On complaining, the owner seemed not surprised, offering little advise or help & never rung back to check later in the week as promised.

On the plus side the apartment was comfortable, warm & very welcoming, a shame the neighbouring properties were untidy & cosmetically spoilt the view.

Exterior looked shabby, not been painted for a few years.

I didn't consider it value for money.

The beach, bay & scenery more than made up for any let downs.
