Daresbury, Daresbury Park (De Vere)

Been to many a wedding here. It was once a lovely hotel but not now. Room we were given was near leisure complex - extremely hot and steamy. Approaching the room at 5pm there were trays outside rooms that had been there from the night before along with wine bottles, beer bottles, towels, rubbish. They moved us to a cooler room. Rooms very dated and tired. Chipped paint. Awful bathroom. Cheap coffee in room. But they still charge premium prices at the bar! Checked our - no smile or how was your stay. Prefer travelodge!
