Could Be A Lot Better
I booked a double room due to attending a party.
The room we stayed in was clean and had tea/coffee iron and ironing board.
Check in was efficient and speedy.
Room was disappointing more like a single students room. The double bed took up the majority of the room and was only accessible from one side. (Woke in the night turned over and twice banged my head on the wall.
Had to climb over my wife to get access to the bathroom.
The doors and walls were extremely thin, noise was heard anytime some one moved either in adjoining room or room above.
Worst point was that weather being warm we had our window open but underneath the window a few feet below was an over flowing Biffa waste bin that smelt strongly.
Breakfast was okay except there were mattresses and odd bits of furniture stacked at the far end of the restaurant.
Choice was limited, no sausages and the baked beans were cold.
Overall a soulless hotel that could with a little thought could be better.
Car park was overflowing so had to park overnight on the street just up from hotel.
I would not choose to stay there again.
