Lillie Langtry Hotel, Tea For Two.
My wife and I were given this Red Letter Day as a present from our family.
The Langtry Hotel in Bournemouth is an enchanting, small, boutique Hotel originally built for the society actress and hostess Lillie Langtry by an infatuated King Edward VII (Then the Prince of Wales). The house is virtually unchanged from that time and has a great selection of original photographs and documents of the time, as well as the original King's Bedroom, complete with 4-poster bed.
The hotel has won many awards over recent years and we found the staff very friendly and the Tea-for-Two experience great fun and excellent value.
We are booked on a Red Letter "Driving Experience Day" next weekend and then hope to book another "Tea for Two" experience later this Autumn.
Highly Recommended. G&J
