Blackpool, Feng Shui Hotel

FENG SHUI HOTEL- Out of all Hotels, this is the Worst, I have seen reviews on other sites About "lovely service" and "great food". Well i think the owner is reading the TRUE , bad reviews & trying to be all sweet- I just dont want people want to go for themselves & waste money.

This hotel deserves to be shut down, is situated right at the opposite end of all local amneties- If you dont have a car some fellow miserable stayers advised me its over 10.00 on way taxi to even reach a shop, then of course same back again.

The owner is awful & with a bad attitude. When we kindly pointed out that we had paid 65.00 for a double room that was the size of a single or worse, & that was more comfy using external toilets-

- and that "continental" breakfast was a poor selection of cheese and supermarket bought tinned beef of some sort, the hotel manager rudely ignored us, and stated also had pepperami.. Yes, what I could buy from my local tesco. And aldi bought yoghurt.

Breakfast area looked like what used to be a kitchen, what can I say??

never seen anything so atrocious in all my life . The |feng shui" owner went to do crystal healing on a lady through the kitchen!! Very professional.. i think not.

No windows ,no ambience, just cold kitchen AKA bathroom tiles, all squahsed into an area.. well, the size of my bathroom!! Appalling. I wondered if the reason the other stayers were so quiet whilst eating was because nobody dare say anything??

The owner is pompous, taking peoples money for a ride & not caring less in her business. Will not gestures that you offer how to improve the business, or if you have a problem with your room (Boy, you can write a list here keep you busy right on the journey back)- & her other staff she employs- her best friend- is also ridiculously rude & unhelpful

Self catering horrible people out to get peoples money, Its not like this place is a guest house, listed as a Hotel,

more like needs shutting down.

I'd rather stay in a grubby guest house then here again & shudder at anybody wasting their money & laugh at any positive comments, from what I know of this owner she has Read previous bad comments on other sites such as LateRooms.com (What i know she does for a fact), and acted all sweet to next customers./

But nothing hides the appalling food service or where the food served what is laughable, nor nothing hides their personal characteristics, very False, Demeaning & Stealing people.

Appalling.

My leisure trip was ruined, time I will never get back but just hope nobody else makes the same mistake. If I could mark any lower stars, I would.
