Blackpool, Best Western Carlton Hotel

The staff are absolutely lovely, they are very friendly and always happy to help whatever the problem. The hotel was lovely, plenty to keep you entertained and breakfast on the beach was a fun way to start the day their hard work has paid off it was lovely and the breakfast was excellent too. The room was well decorated and very clean so was the bathroom which was bigger than most en-suites we've had you can actually shut the door whilst in there, it may off taken a little room from the bedroom but well worth it. we only stayed for one night but we really enjoyed our break and can't wait to return to see what they and the team have done next, there plans for the hotel sound brilliant but they look after their guests so well its suprising thay get time to do anything. Thank you all for making our stay so pleasant.
