Bath, Old Mill Hotel & Lodge

We stayed one night but booked 3 rooms to accommodate the size of our party!

Good points;

The hotel rooms are average size with new fixtures and fittings to the bedrooms & bathrooms.

Breakfast choice was good, even though the fruit juice was warm.

Bad Points;

Bedroom floor needed hovering, long hair all over it by the mirror.

Bath plug hole also full of hair.

Receptionist was not helpful when asked where could we park to unload, etc.

Breakfast staff polite but win no awards!

Two of our rooms were not in the hotel but an annexe located behind the hotel, which on the outside looks a little dated.

Parking is limited, they have an overflow car park up the road which is not secure and your car has to be moved by 7:30am and no good if you are elderly or disabled!

Fire alarm went off at 3am, no explanation or apology the next morning.

We would use this hotel again, but only as a last resort which is a shame as it would not take much to make this a great place!
