Bath, Best Western Abbey Hotel

The room was extremely hot, no air conditioning. There was a fan but it was so covered in dust we had to switch it off if we didn't want yo trigger an asthma attack. The toilet flush didn't work. The wiew was... on a noisy backyard. To get to our room we had to pass near the kitchens and the smell was untolerable, at all times!!

On the other end, the location was very convenient and the bed very confortable. The staff at the reception were nice.
