Reading The Reviews Here It Seems Most People Expe
Reading the reviews here it seems most people expect one of the cheapest hotels in Cap Salou to also offer 5 star quality. Unsurprisingly, it does not. If you don't want to go all-inclusive, then do not stay here! If you actually have to PAY for your drinks in the hotel, they don't know what to do. FOOD: The food is hit and miss. There is a large selection, and if you're prepared to brave new dishes then you won't be disappointed. If you're stopping here, though, you're most likely the kind of person who will be eating nothing but chips. There are always chips to fill your plate up, and to be fair they are quite nice, but it really is shocking to see Brits eat nothing else! Breakfast is ok for Continental-style stuff, and there is always a fried breakfast available but you may not like the Spanish bacon. Luckily for the Brits there are even chips served at breakfast...
STAFF: Most staff speak far better English than the guests, but sometimes strange requests will flummox them. A couple of them are a bit moody - but I'm entirely sure that's because of the way they are treated by the ignorant guests. If you try smiling and being mildly nice to them, they are fine. How about even learning a few key Spanish phrases before you go to Spain? It works wonders.
LOCATION: We made a mistake. Being in Cap Salou, I thought the local bars would all be Spanish. They ALL cater for the English crowd - so expect egg and chips and Karaoke and miserable faces everywhere. Not quite as miserable as the faces sat around the hotel pool all day drinking, but close. There are several great beaches within a few minutes walk, and there are stunning views from the hotel and surrounding area which take in Salou, Cambrils, panoramic ocean, and the graceful mountains always in the background. The countryside around there is beautiful and well worth booking the Jeep ride to see. Salou centre is a 10 min bus ride (1.75 euros), or you can walk along the coastal path and be there in 15 minutes. You'll be wanting to do this as often as possible to get away from the Costa del Warrington.
Overall, the hotel would be fine apart from one really major let-down: The walls really are too thin. You can hear everything from people using the toilet to kids screaming and stomping around. I'm very tolerant because you're always going to get 'people noise', but this came close to ruining our holiday. The highlight was someone snoring loudly, but this was topped by the idiot next door running off crying to his Dad and spending 3 hours shouting so loudly that it literally woke half of the hotel up - who then started singing, shouting, and fighting about it.
I think the hotel should be two star at best, simply because of the walls. Maid service is excellent for a cheap hotel, with towels changed daily and beds made. In short, this is a good hotel totally ruined by the thin walls and the cheap all-inclusive crowd which it attracts.
Unless you expect your Spanish holiday to be exactly like Saturday night in Salford, you should steer well clear of this place - my advice is to stop closer to Salou in a place with walls that aren't made of cardboard. It will be worth the extra money.

Where Do You Start!!!!!!being Told There Is N
Where do you start!!!!!!Being told there is not a room for you when you get there and being shoved in dirty staff quarters up the road, unable to lock the windows at night with two children in the bedroom. Later on the next day we were allocated a room, we could not undo the wardrobe as they had wedged 4 single put me up beds next to each other, dust under the middle beds, if it was not for a wooden vent you would have been into the room next doors bathroom, paper thin walls, no sheet changes all week despite complaints, no kids club despite the fact they advertise one, the kids pool is the same size as a paddling pool, our room was above the kitchen entrance and they start banging and yelling in at 5.30AM !!!! Buffet style food, all tasting the same, you will crave tangy food after 2 days and have to eat out anyway, which is far superior to there stuff.
Not A Good Holiday, Very Noisy, Lots Of Drunken La
Not a good holiday, very noisy, lots of drunken lay abouts. Staff unhelpful, rooms so so, booked the holiday as a disabled, friendly stay through Mediland. They said it was OK, when we arrived there we found that not be the case. There were stairs to the bar and to the pool area, we were not told of this before going. Food was not good for an all inclusive break, presentation very poor. Complained on arrival about the stairs, Mediland didn't want to know. Complained again when we arrived home, still they did not got anywhere. We would not recommend Molinos Park Hotel to anyone.

Reception Staff At Molinos Park Hotel Did Not Put
Reception staff at Molinos Park Hotel did not put them selves out to be helpful; no comments cards were issued prior to checking out.
The food was very basic, for an all inclusive hotel I have never experienced such basic food, if you liked chips or salad it was okay, but the meat dish was not labelled so you did not know what you were eating, the soup was like dish water, the only reasonable meal was breakfast. The hotel was full of parties of either groups of women and groups on men on hen and stag parties who stayed for 3-5 days only, they were continually drunk, which in my opinion was a very good atmosphere for young children to be in, the police were called every night we were there to calm down the rowdiness and fights. Although this was a last minute deal it was the worst ever hotel we have stayed in. The nights were the worst, there was partying in rooms above us, banging up and down the corridors and shouting screaming laughing until 4-5 in the morning, the wall were paper thin and every noise echoed throughout the hotel, it was very bad and I would not recommend anyone who wants a normal relaxing holiday with children to stay there.
