Nerja, Al-Andalus Hotel

My husband and myself have just been to the hotel for 3 nights away.

The hotel is away from the centre of Nerja,so having your own transport is best,but there is lots of free parking directly outside.It is a small,but very friendly hotel.The staff were excellent and very helpful.The breakfast was continental but plentiful.If you want an english breakfast go into Nerja,as there are lots of places you can get one if so desired.The food at lunch time and in the evening is typical spanish food,but something for everyone.Our room was a little dated,but very clean,with a tiny balcony.The outside area round the pool and garden are well cared for.We adventured around the area and there are some lovely hidden gems in this area and what was great was knowing we were coming back to the hotel to relax.

The mattress wasn´t the comfiest.

At the weekend they had a function on and this wasn´t detrimental to the service we got.

However some of the Spanish guests were a little noisy,but it was the weekend!!! And when in Spain!
