Vincci Arena Hotel

They really disappointed me in this hotel. I had booked a "Superior Twin or Double and Free entrance Spa and Gym" with breakfast in advance through the Internet. When I arrived at Vincci Arena Hotel, I found out that the payment for the room was already charged from the credit card and I asked whether I should pay the rest (cca 107 EUR for 7 breakfasts) in advance. I was told that it is not necessary since I could change my mind and not to take all the breakfasts. So I decided after the first breakfast on monday, since, in my opinion, the variety of the buffet was rather small for 15.80 EUR. What was my surprise when I had to pay full 107 EUR on check out even though I took only one breakfast! After my protests, they told me that I have to pay it because it was booked in advance, despite of what they told me on my arrival. Regarding the price, the other problem is the absence of free wi-fi at least in the lobby and very hot and dark corridors. Rooms are elegant, but not always in a perfect state (e.g. nonfunctional plug in a bathtub, etc.)
