Las Floritas Had Good Clean Apartments, Cleaners C
Las Floritas had good clean apartments, cleaners called most days to change towels, leave clean sheets and empty bins and also wash the floor. Not enough there for kids in my view even though it says suitable for families! Only swimming pool and pool table there! Too much noise for me in the nights where people are drinking on their patio or arriving in the apartments drunk early hours of the morning. Too much topless sunbathing and swimming for me with young children around. There are phones in the apartments but saw no instructions on how to use them if you need to contact security or someone in an emergency. We had holidaymakers arrive and were trying to get in our room thinking it was theirs early hours of the morning!! We had to be out of our apartment at 11am when we weren't being collected until 11.05pm, we asked to keep one of our 2 rooms on for the day due to having a young child but were told no due to them being allocated that day. When we were leaving at 11.05pm only one of the rooms had been allocated out, the other was still empty, a long time hanging around with young children!!

We Arrived Mid Day And Didn't Think Much When We H
We arrived mid day and didn't think much when we had to drag heavy bags up 2 flights of stairs, and the area round the pool was very close to all the apartments not giving you much room to lay. We decided that we wouldn't go round the pool but use the balcony and the beach. The apartment had mostly Irish families in them who gathered in each others apartments throughout the day and night and could be a bit loud. Saying all that we had a fantastic time, found the staff very helpful and the apartments felt a very safe place to stay. We are already thinking of visiting again at Christmas we loved the place so much.

Dropped Of By Roadside By Rep Along With Oro Blana
Dropped of by roadside by rep along with Oro Blana apartment guests we were told to go left they were told to go right, we didn't know where the Las Floritas apts where so walked by them and had to come back, had to carry suitcases down steps to the reception were we were given our key and shown on a map were our apt was> After about 15mins of walking around in circles we had to climb 2 flights of steps in the dark which was really scary and then got into our room which had big gaps around the doors and not a really good lock. We went straight to bed as it was a late flight only to be awaken at 5am by rowdy English drunks coming in from a night on town they were shouting and banging a lot. The next morning we got our safety deposit box which cost us E40 (E20 deposit) at 12 noon we went to the pool area (which there isn't much room around) and after paying another E2 for 2 sunloungers sat and read our mags, my bag was right beside me between me and my husbands lounger. I reached to get my bag at approx 12.05pm to get my mp3 player to find my bag gone. We alerted the life guard who had just walked behind us, he told me to report it to reception and he came with me to translate as he was English. The lady in reception didn't seem a bit surprised at what had happened to me, and wasn't helpful. Apparently it takes a few days to check the cctv footage. I went back to my husband who went to check our room as the key was in my bag when the Spanish caretaker waved at us to follow him. He brought us behind the complex were we found my large multi coloured beach bag emptied out on the flowerbed my husband mobile and my mp3 player was gone. I reported to the receptionist that the caretaker found the bag, she already knew this as he was her brother. I immediately asked to speak with my rep as the mobile needed barred. Our rep came within 10mins and gave us Vodafones contact number. We asked to be removed from the apts asap as we didn't feel safe, if our bag can be stolen from right beside us what else could be stolen? Our rep told us to report what happen to the police for insurance purposes and she would see us again at 4.45pm to let us know about changing accommodation. We asked the lifegaurd for directions to the police station and were sent the completely wrong direction, after finally finding the police we waited for 2 hours for a report which took 2 minutes to do. We met up again with our rep who told us that we were moving to another hotel free of charge for our trouble.

We Went To Las Floritas At New Year With My Parent
We went to Las Floritas at new year with my parents and had a wonderful time. My parents were unsure when we arrived at the Las Floritas they thought the rooms were old and dated. To top it off my husband and I ended up with the larger room of the two. What we thought was a disaster turned out to be a fantastic holiday. My parents fell in love with Tenerife and we spent most of the time in their apartment, which had the best view and closer to the pool.
