The H10 Costa Adeje Palace Hotel Is A Fantastic Ho
The H10 Costa Adeje Palace Hotel is a fantastic hotel. It had spacious clean rooms. The staff were very friendly, and there was lots of choice at dinner. The hotel overall was superb. It is set in a quiet location, but it's only a short bus ride away from the shops. I will be staying there again.

Disappointed in H10 Costa Adeje Palace Hotel. Asked (in a Spanish language fax) for a twin room on the top floor, but were given a double room on the bottom floor. Could not get away from the pop music playing from loudspeakers pointing outwards from the centrally located pool bar - asked several times for it to be turned down (we went to this location on the basis that it would be peaceful!) but to no avail. Safe in room didn't work and took 2 days to mend. Not keen on the bureaucracy to get into the restaurant - often long queues to get our card checked, issued with drinks invoice in triplicate, etc. Overall not a 4* experience.

H10 Costa Adeje Palace Hotel Is An Awful Hotel. I
H10 Costa Adeje Palace Hotel is an awful hotel. I arrived in my room which although spacious was dirty. The toilet had a toilet brush jammed into it for some reason and was covered in hairs. Only sachets of shower gel are provided, no shampoo. The light on my balcony did not work and the switch was hanging out of the wall. I had to pay to use the safe in the room and also had to pay to used the mini bar which is empty upon arrival and is filled as you require.
The food is grim. It is served in a buffet form and tastes horrid. They have 'chefs' cooking some of the food and they don't understand a word of English, and all seem to be young and incompetant. The waiters lay the tables around you for breakfast while you are still eating your dinner. The bar is awful and the live music far too loud. The nice looking bar outside the swimming pool is never opened in the evening. This is truly a bad hotel. I really advise you never to visit it. The beach in front of it is horrid and has only pebbles.

H10 Costa Adeje Palace Hotel does not warrent its 4 stars. It offers one tennis court but to hire is 6 euros an hour (broken tennis net) also charged for hire of mini bar (1.50 euros a day)
Too many rules and regulations which seemed to be for the benefit of the hotel and not the guests. Total dumming down of hotel.
We Stayed At The H19 Costa Adeje Palace Hotel, In
We stayed at the H19 Costa Adeje Palace Hotel, in August 2003, the facilities & food at the hotel were good, with excellent family evening entertainment, however the standard of the rooms was appalling with insects, dirty sheets, hairdryers hanging off the wall, no A/C. We spoke to other guests who reported the same sort of problems with their rooms, the hotel obviously needs to address these issues. We managed to get a part refund of the holiday as compensation by Airtours.

Great time at the H10 Costa Adeje Palace Hotel, but check your credit allowance. As with all other hotels I have been in there was no limit, I paid my bill at the end of my stay.
Here they put a limit on your credit, 300 euros, then embarass you in the Piano Bar because you are near your credit limit that you have not been informed of. Letter of apology and the most ghastly bottle of champagne to compensate.

The H10 Costa Adeje Palace Hotel Is Obviously Newl
The H10 Costa Adeje Palace Hotel is obviously newly built in last few years to a high standard, Half Board basis excellent value for money, Choice of two restaurant one semi self service (calling it a buffet doesn't do it justice). The choice and standard was so good we didn't try the other one as it fell out with half board costs but did offer a discount to residents. Costa Adeje itself has been developed to a very high standard with many hotels of this standard. A small traditional harbour is only a 10 Min walk with a shop and restaurant. A 5 min taxi ride takes you to Las Americas though I would recommend walking either the costal path or central route & getting a taxi back as some hills are steep between the resorts. We booked last min. and the brochure pictures didn't show the hotel itself, only the pool / bar area. Don't be concerned as it's all you could hope for.
