My Family And I Had Booked Two Weeks At Green Bea
My family and I had booked two weeks at green beach, this would be our first holiday aboard together. We arrived late into the night and greeted by a grumpy security guard who spoke little English. He then demanded our passports and shoved the sheets into our hands, pointing towards the lift. There was nowhere to get refreshments everything was closed and the only vending machine in the place was broken. The week never got any better after that we were allowed no games in the pool the burger bar only opened one hour a day and the security guard favoured the Spanish and turned a blind eye to whatever they were doing. By the third day into the holiday I wanted to cry it was that bad, The only time we had any fun was when we left the site. In the end we ask the rep to transfer us to another hotel it was that bad. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone it was more like a prison camp in the sun than a holiday resort.

I Read Reviews Before I Booked, They Were Mixed, A
I read reviews before I booked, they were mixed, and thought: 'well you can't please every one'. But the Green Beach Aparthotel has too many faults, which outweigh the good that the whole Arguineguin resort has to offer
I went with my 11 year old son for one week.
POOL: Guard/attendant way too strict, no fun allowed, no balls, no lilo's, no bombing, and my main argument with him was that my son was not allowed to wear a t-shirt in the pool to protect him from the sun.
I queried this with the reception, as the warning board did not quote 'no t-shirts' but it seemed that each guard has their own rules.
ENTERTAINMENT: One man and his guitar, every night, singing the same old country songs.
HOTEL REPS: They came around for the kids twice a day, rubbish games for kids, Board games, darts, bingo - yawn for an 11 year old!
POOL SIDE BAR: Pizzas, burgers etc. were to be supplied at 11am, cooking this was always late, and was never enough to go around - you had to wait and queue, to make sure you didn't miss out.
FOOD: First day I thought this looks good, but each day was the same - not appealing when on holiday.
WEEKENDS: The Spanish own many rooms on ground floor, and use these holiday flats every weekend. Large families take over the hotel, and hog the sunbeds
Overal review: Lovely area, lovely beaches, but don't advise you to stay at this hotel, stay in ANFI instead.
