The Queens Hotel

Really bad experience beds full of springs bedding not changed had to ask for toilet rolls and milk and coffee every day all electrics blew one nite electrician knocking on room door at midnite after being up and down in lift which was like an oven for at. Least an hr wen complaint nxt day were told no compensation and the management pretending they cudnt speak English wen we had spoken previously and they cud and understood everything we sed avoid at all costs and no roof top bar which was closed the whole ten days we were there !!!
