Value For Money
Hotel Princessa, Benidorm
This is my fifth visit to the RH Princessa but it may not be to everyone's liking. It is predomintly a Spanish hotel - with lots of spanish pensioners who come for a weekend. The entertainment is geared for this with Line dancing (the spanish love it) and ball room dancing. It's always very busy Friday and Saturday but then quietens down by a Sunday. The food is good and this year we decide to go AI. Because I had originally booked HB - I had to pay 20 Euros per day to upgrade. If you had booked FB it was 15 Euro to go to AI.
In earlier years they always had champagne, wine, olives at the resturant enterance and a carvery on a Friday and Saturday - but this was reduced to one night last year and none this year.
However the bar staf, Receptionist, cleaners, maids and resturant staff are all very friendly so though pricier than some hotels it is still good value for money and will be using it again next year.
