Dynastic Park Hotel

We bookedaholiday to DYNASTIC SPA BENIDORM13th April-20th 2013 WITH LOVE HOLIDAYS.COM but it was a THOMAS COOK HOLIDAY. We booked a delux room for 2 adults 2 children on lower floor and then required an xtra bed for 1 adult. We were placed on the 14th floor. one of the children is special needs. The room was small even though it looks like 2 double beds in photo its not. the xtra bed had urine stains it was ripped and had thick black dust all over it. they changed the bed but the second one was still ripped. The hotel had at least 8 hen and stags parties which was not suitable for the children as the men would sit around the childrens pool drunk swearing and wearing unsuitable sexual clothing. the women were no better walking about drunk in the restuarant.

The hotel was full and the lounge bar was full of the drunks which was like a saturday night in glasgow. The children could not stay in there. we took them to the piano bar upstairs where the barman jose told us we couldnt have them in there. we complained and was made very unwelcome.

The food was repetitive and one night the steak pie ran out so the alternative was sausage rolls.

The pool area was full of cigarette butts and there was only parasols above the tables but none at the sunbeds- a lot of wich were broken.

The entertainment in the hotel was poor eg. quiz or bingo then a female would put a raincoat on with a gruby wig with an umbrella walking about miming to singing in the rain and others for 30mins. or she put towels down

and then poured a full bottle of water over herself and expected people to applaud. People who have returned to this hotel said they will never return. This was not an alluring site.

There was nothing for children even though there was about 20 children there.

The final straw was when the stag parties all started argueing and throwing televisions and other objects over the balconies. It was so dangerous that night, -the hotel had no security.
