my mother 2 sisters & myself had a wonderful time the staff could not be more helpful & attentive,the rooms were spotless. all in all a lovely holiday,I would recommend the AMBASSADOR to anyone.

Food and cleanliness of room. I stayed at the Ambassador Playa 1 from August 3rd until August 18th. Bad service and nothing to suit boys. Air conditioning made the room cold when it was off it was too hot. Overall good but should fix problems

As I Have Stated Above The Hotel Is Excellently Lo
As I have stated above the Hotel is excellently located. The rooms are cosy and kept spotlessly clean by domestic staff. We were treated to clean linen and towels daily. Rooms are Air conditioned and very pleasant. The Food served at breakfast and evening meal (we were on half-board basis) was excellent and an extensive choice available. There really is something to suit everyone's palette catering for Children also. I can honestly say I enjoyed a hearty meal every day, there was certainly no necessity to eat in-between meals, just the occasional ice-cream mid afternoon. The entertainments Manager did a sterling job with all activities and encouraged interaction. Bar Staff and waiters were all very helpful, courteous and polite.
