Es Canutells Mar De Menorca.

Fantastic size pool you never got in anyone's way, hotel was immaculate through and through. Entertainments crew was very good. Had a good time. Went to different places on the buses. Very remote, no where to walk, the beach was a joke, food wise ate it, as was hungry. No reps. Best beach is in Son Bou.

We stayed in the Mar De Menorca hotel in this resort, We all had a great 2 week holiday last September. Both myself & wife plus our two children plan to return again this year. The hotel food was reasonable and we were staying All Inclusive, the drink was good too!. We found there was enough to do in the main but suggest you get on a trip or two, maybe hire a car for a couple of days. There is a supermarket, gift shop, car hire and a great British bar located under the hotel, think it was called Chepas. We had a few nights there away from the hotel, nice and relaxing, good food too. Yes we were all inclusive but a change is as good as a rest. I think this is a great resort if you want to escape and relax. Don't expect Ibiza nightlife.

Menorca is a great destination for families and those seeking a quieter Balearic experience. Everyone you meet is very friendly and accommodating. Shopping in Mahon was good, with a small market.

Overall, it was a great holiday at the Es Canutells Mar De Menorca, and it was good value for money. However, if we were to go again, we would avoid the tour operator's excursions and use local transport or hire a car, as it would be much cheaper and more flexible.

The restaraunt at Es Canutells Mar De Menorca was open three times a day, and every other night, the all you can eat buffet was open from 8am until midnight, with food never being kept on the platter for over half an hour. The pool was fresh water, the bar was wondeful;, kids activities every day, and adults too. Parks, and First Choice offer transport to and from Spanish Fiestas and the capital. And 2 minutes walk from a small, cosy each, from which many boat trips are commendable.
