San Augustin, Belvedere Hotel

We spent 5 nights all inclusive at end of April at the Belvedere. We could not fault it. Our room was overlooking the hills at the back of the hotel which was a lovely view. The balcony was a nice size - larger than most we have experienced in other hotels. Room cleaned daily, towels changed daily. Food was very good, plenty of choice to suit all tastes. Selection of drinks and snacks available with AI package was very good. Pool area very nice and clean. Hotel staff all very pleasant and very hardworking. Would definitely return.

huge,clean pool,jaccuzi,brilliantly funny nightime entertainment run by the inhouse animation team,huge selection of food and drink alike,and amazing staff.

i visited this hotel with my then daughters being 11 and 12 5 years ago.myself and the girls loved the hotel,and there was plenty to keep them occupied,including a small play area for younger children,and a hotel run childrens club.the basement shop was perfect if you needed any last minute souveneirs,and the short walk to the shops was quite pleasant.there is a beach if u fancy a twenty minute stroll,or you can take the complimentary bus to palma nova,and even walk to the waterparks/marineland and pirates adventure from there.this hotel is fantasticly spotless,with lovely large bathrooms and a decent hairdryer too.would seriously recomment to ANYONE,am going back next year,after going last year again,and am really looking forward to it.

I was at the hotel fronm 23rd aug 2011 to 3rd sep 2011 the hotel in its self was great the pool was really good 4 the kids. our room was always kept clean n tidy always had clean towels put in every day which was great!!!! the air con in the room was awful as you could not have the door open on to the balcanoy as cool air was stopped!!!!! the food was poor not much choice for the kids not much english food n all meat was in sauces so i would'nt eat it and i am a huge meat eater!!!!! the bus that goes in palma reaslly could do with running alot later then 6pm so you can go out to the pubs there instead of paying alot in taxi's back to the hotel!!!!! kids club is very poor but the entertainment on a night was great myself and niece really enjoyed it!!!! would i go back prob? no!!!!!!!

our stay at the Belvadear was very nice, the pool is lovely and like the accomadation kept clean no complaints at all on that side of things. On the down side of things air conditioning is a ceiling fan in the room and not at all enough if facing the volly ball pitch where the sun shines most of the day and the room is like an oven.The entertainment at night lets the hotel down, allthough the staff do there best to help you to enjoy your stay it's really entertainment for the kid's and i feel it should be advertised more as a family hotel.There was no shortage of food or choice with hot and cold dishes on offer.Iwould recommend a stay at Hotel Belvedere in Majorca,San Augustin.

Belvedere Hotel is a great hotel, good food and drink, good value. Very happy.

Food was good, with plenty of choice. Constant noise throughout hotel. Doors being slammed. Neighbouring dogs barking, delivery vehicles early hours. Would never go back to the Belvedere Hotel. Majority of guests rude.

Just got back from hotel belvedere after a two week holiday, August 2008. Hotel lovely and clean and staff very nice, food was good lots of choice and pool lovely although mostly deep. Would go back but only for a week two weeks is too long and can get boring. Only bad point is the entertainment in the evening, only one hours entertainment a night from 10 till 11, which is not great, entertainment team work hard in that hour but rely on audience participation. Lots of people just sitting round the pool or in the bar playing cards night after night.....

San Augustin Belvedere Hotel's local beach is just as nice as Palma Nova, about 10 mins walk but a bit of a hill when coming back, not suitable if walking difficulties but OK other wise.

Had no complaints about this hotel, went Aug 2nd for 14 nights 2008, safe for children, hotel spotless, food lovely booked to go again next year. Fantastic hotel.

We went to the Belvedere hotel in Sept 2006 and had a wonderful time. In fact we are due to fly back out with First Choice in 3 weeks time and we cant wait. The location is great if you want to get away from it all, the food was good and not once did we have any complaints, the hotel is spotless, staff are helpful and it's only a short distance from Palma on the local bus just outside the hotel. Yes they do use plastic cups but this is for health & safety. All we can say is roll on Sept 6th.

The hotel was lovely and clean, I have read reports that people think the staff were unfriendly, whilst I was there, May 2008, they were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and they were brilliant with kids. Plenty of space round the pool, very safe for children. the entertainment at night was fantastic, disco for kids, adult entertainment that was still OK for children stay and watch. There wasn't really all that much entertainment in day, just darts competitions and the kids clubs were really just drawing but the entertainment team were there from 8am till late at night and were brilliant.
