Sa Coma, Protur Palmeras Playa

I stayed here in late June for ten days,the best hotel Ive stayed at.Location was excellent near to beaches and shopping.The food was of high quality and plentiful and a good variety.The room I stayed in was of five star quality and the staff just couldn't be more helpful

So if your looking for top quality look this one up.On a lighter note the only thing I was disappointed in was no rice pudding which is a Majorcan speciality

A nice aparthotel close to the beach but nearer to S'Illyot than Sa Coma. It is part of the Protur hotel group but the other hotels are about a mile away. You are still entitled to use the facilities at the other hotels such as Paradis Park. It has about 200 rooms all with balcony or terrace and facing in towards the pool. We went in May 2006 and the weather was wonderful. Our two boys were aged 4 and 6 and they loved it. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a double bedroom and a single bed in the lounge with a pull out bed underneath. My sister and her husband were in the next apartment and unfortunately there was an incident when money was taken from the safe. I actually saw someone dressed like maintenance coming out of their room but by the time we realised and reported it to reception it was too late. This hotel is much closer to the beach but a little away from the main area of Sa Coma. There is a good bike rental shop just up the road where we hired bikes for 3 euros a day. If self catering you are limited to the local spa shops as the larger hypermarket is a good walk.
