Hi Honolulu Hotel

staying here at the minute hotel tidy but food is rotten. all inclusive and having to go out and eat is not on. entertainment is nothing to write home about. there is holes in all the doors i read some reviews before i came and thought it cant be that bad well it is. pleased i wont be able to come back as of next year it is going 18-30.

Firstly Magaluf is not a family destination, its aimed at young groups.

Majorca is a big island so if you want to go there then go to another area.

This hotel is not as bad as some of the people on here make out. yes, there is a bit of noise at night time but its not like its going to keep you up all night. There are groups of young people but not once did I see any fights or aggro. In fact all the groups seemed to get on well and there was some good crack between the rooms. Lots of people have made comments like 'doors hanging of walls' 'asbo towers' 'mr and mrs cockroach', I didn't find this to be true.

The hotel is clean, maids come in everyday and the only thing that may bother people is the fact the none of the toilets in the room have locks on them. The all inclusive is great value if your going in a big group as all local drinks are free and the bar is open till 12 and there is entertainment inside, but you can skip that and just sit outside and play drinking games!

All meals are included and the food is alright, not great but you can get by for a week. If you don't really like the food then there is a subway, burger king and a kfc all within 2 mins walk from the hotel.

One last thing, the hotel is on a bit of hill but if you can't manage that then you need to start hitting the gym!

Would never recomend this hotel to anyone with kids or anyone who s going to majorca these comments are what i have seen ii will never return to this hotel

There was nothing going on at night times in the Hotel Honolulu in Magaluf. We had to leave the hotel and go elsewhere, which was not right considering we were all inclusive.

It was a great holiday with everything within 5 minutes walk of the Hotel Honolulu in Magaluf. There is a bit of a hill to the hotel that requires some stamina, so it may not be suitable for the elderly or people with walking difficulties. The beach was lovely and clean. Get sunbeds early as they're in short supply, and folkies take their towels down at about 8.30am!

I would definitely go again!!

The Honolulu Hotel in Majorca is a great resort! We are back again in December, which will be our third time back this year. We love it!!

Had a fantastic all inclusive week at the Honolulu Hotel, food excellent choice and quality, good rooms (air conditioning a bit dodgy), good size pool and plenty of free sunbeds, liked the pool side bar open 9 - 6pm. Good selection of entertainment acts for evenings and plenty for kids and adults to take part in during the day. Liked the public areas being smoke free zones. Friendly staff in the reception and bars.

Good Animation staff.

Our 1st holiday abroad as a family, was a bit weary of everything before we left (watched too many holidays from hell on TV).

We all had such a good time from the time we checked in until the time we checked out.. The room was basic, but was to a clean standard, daily towel changes and bed linen changed also during our 7 night stay.. There was a buffet style restaurant with different choices of good food on the menu (we have never ate so much in a week before).. 2 beaches very close to the hotel,, reception staff very helpful and friendly,, an ideal choice if you have young children (lots of kids there running about the bar in the evening), but also a great choice for older families and couples as the hotel location offers a great base so you can go elsewhere for your evenings entertainment (that is after you have a couple of all inclusive drinks in the bar before you go - as we did)
