Playa de Palma Pilari Playa Apartments

Having stayed at Playa de Palma in the past I knew pretty much what to expect in terms of the rooms. A specific low-floor room had been requested through the tour operator Dedicated. The request wasn't passed on to the hotel until 2 days before our arrival so the hotel tried to place a family with two small children on a 12th floor balcony - clearly a safety hazard.

The hotel were very helpful unlike Dedicated who refused to assist us in getting a safer room. The net result is a large telephone bill from chasing the useless holiday company and a refusal on their part to get involved or even apologise once back in the UK. I'd recommend Pilari Playa apartments for a low-cost beach holiday but cannot stress enough how useless Dedicated are as a tour operator.
