although let down badly with thomas cook, this hotel made up for it and made our holiday.

All inclusive was brilliant. my wife, 2 kids and myself got a self catering apartment so we had a bedroom and a living room and a kitchen if we wanted it. something we didnt need since all food was cooked for us, but the fridge is very handy to keep bottled water nice and cold.

air con in the room made it a relief to get back in doors when it was very hot outside.

The food was great, very good variety for breakfast,lunch and dinner. between that if you felt a bit hungry there was the snack bar. hot dogs, cheeseburgers, sausages,rolls, juices....all available so never during the day should anyone feel hungry or thirsty.

Free bar from 10am to 11.45pm, beer and cocktails as well as much more.

Superb for families. entertainment is mainly for the kids during the day and a part at night. During the day though there is plently for adults to do. there are a few pools to cool down or go for a swim or just just jump in to cool down.

Games for adults throughout the day as well as other games for kids.

The entertainers are very friendly and helpful as well as a bit crazy and funny.

the reception staff are very friendly, speak very good english ( as does most of the staff throughout) and very helpful.

if planning a day trip if you let the reception know before 7pm they will arrange a picnic for you.

there is a beach very close by but i went to the one 20 minute walk away to the platja beach. very nice clean beach.

loads to do around the area. I would return again but never with thomas cook.
