AWFUL CHEAP HOTEL ALL ROUND, NEVER A 3 STAR, MORE LIKE A 1 STAR, IF YOU HAVE BOOKED IT, CHANGE BEFORE YOU GO. DIRTY POOLS THAT ARE SO DEEP THEY ARE DANGEROUS FOR YOUNG CHILDREN TO GO INTO. WASPS ARE EVERYWHERE, AROUND THE SUNBEDS, IF YOU CAN GET ONE THAT IS, AROUND THE BINS, AROUND THE DRINK DISPENSERS, IF YOU GO OUTSIDE YOU RISK THE STING. I DIDN'T SEE ANYBODY CLEANING ANYTHING, EVERYTHING IS STICKY, GRUBBY AND GENERALLY UNCLEAN. THE ROOMS ARE AS BASIC AS CAN BE AND ARE ROASTING HOT, THE CEILING FAN JUST CIRCULATES WARM AIR AROUND THE ROOM. MY KIDS HAD TO SLEEP ON THE BALCONY ON A MATTRESS THE ONE NIGHT I STAYED THERE AS IT WAS COOLER THAN INSIDE THE ROOM. THE BUNK BEDS ARE FALLING APART WITH A TV ABOVE THE TOP ONE READY TO BANG YOUR HEAD ON. THERE IS ONE ENGLISH CHANNEL, FUZZY AT THAT. IT IS A REALLY GOOD WALK TO BOTH THE BEACH AND TOWN, SO BARE THIS IN MIND. THE MANAGERS ATTITUDE STINKS, NO SYMPATHY FOR CUSTOMERS AND STAFF SAY YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! IN SAYING THAT LOW COST HOLIDAYS WERE BRILLIANT AND CHANGED MY HOTEL IN A FEW HOURS OF RINGING THEM TO A LOVELY HOTEL NEAR THE BEACH.

i arrived at hotel at4pm and was dealt with quickly and efficiently by receptionists the 2 rooms i had booked for myself partner and 3 kids were of good standard. The hotel itself was pleasant staff were friendly and the entertainment staff were absolutely excellent and made our holiday more enjoyable getting us to do archery shooting and fun games throughout the day.The food was of good standard for inclusive but being kept to a maximum of 2 drinks after 9pm was a pain having to continually go up to the bar the walk to the town is a little far for families with small kids and 5 euros for a taxi is a bit high although you did have a free minibus to take you to the main beach which is way better than the private 1 The town itself is excellent with loads of clothing shops bag perfume shops and restuarants
