Cala Millor, Don Jaime

The Don Jaime Hotel was far better than we expected, the food was good, the staff were polite and friendly and the hotel was lovely and clean.The pool area was small but We Would Stay There Again!

Apartments cleaned every day apart from Wednesday and Sundays. Food like all food you get fed up after a bit but edible. Cant say anything about pool area as we didnt go to pool during day.

Spent a week at this terrible hotel. Prior to arrival I requested a seaview, double bedded room. On arrival I was allocated a twin room with a tiny sea view approximately a mile a way.

The beach is not located next to the hotel, it is a 5-10 minute walk and the beach is extremely busy.

The room wasn't particularly clean and although the maid's come in to make the bed everyday that is all they do (no clean towels/sheets and no proper cleaning is undertaken).

The shower is hot one minute and cold the next, without adjusting the tap!

The pool was dirty and is extremely small for a hotel of this size, the pool is also used by people staying at Hotel Don Jaime 2, it's sister hotel.

The drinks available on the All Inclusive package were about the only decent thing.

The entertainment is repetitive and consists of bingo and a disco every night.

And then there is the food!!!! Avoid it like the plague! The food is disgusting and there is no choice at all. There is always chips, rice and pasta, but other than that there is not much else. Whatever is served for dinner will be served again for lunch the following day.

I would NEVER return to this hotel, even if it were the last one on earth! Absolutely awful, save your money and go elsewhere!
