San Antono,, Hotel S'Anfora

We went to Ibiza for 10 days and stayed in S'anfora Hotel..never again! We arrived at 5am by transfer bus, we went straight to the reception to check in where we were told there was an 'incident' in out rooms on floor one. We were put in taxis straight away and sent to a random hotel for our first night. We arrived at that hotel and was told its the wrong place, when we asked for directions to the right one we were yelled at for not listening! We then went back the next day to be told we could check in until 2pm and then we ended up on floor 3! (we think they had over booked) We also heard many stories about money being stolen throughout the 10 days..do if you're going definitely get a safe! We got one, however it broke at least 3 times a day..it just wouldn't open once we put in our code so we couldn't get any money out or anything and every time we rang reception they were snappy at us because they had to come up and fix it! We also went bed and breakfast and it was an absolute let down! All they have is fruit and toast..not what you want after a night out! so we never went for breakfast and ended up going to a cafe across the road every morning and having to pay for it instead. Your also not allowed to east or drink any food you've brought from outside the hotel around the pool or anywhere inside which is annoying. Some of the staff are extremely rude, we once went downstairs to get our key and we found one of the receptionists yelling at a customer because he was given the wrong key by them! However, some of the staff are lovely and really helpful. The pool is also nice and it although it gets really crowded there is plenty of room around it for everybody. If i went to Ibiza again i definitely would not stay here again, the rooms were only decent because of the free air-conditioning and pool view balcony but the hotel is quite a walk from the west end and the center of town which wasn't fun when you wanted to nip into town for a bit! If i was to advise anybody i would definitely say find a different hotel!
