San Antonio, Rosamar Aparthotel

Having stayed here the past 3 years we expected the same treatment and great staff service as previous years.

This was not the case and it appears the hotel has some issues with its staff, mainly the 2 male members of staff on the reception who have the worst attitude ive ever experienced from a reception.

Firstly they blamed us for noise which occured when we werent even in the hotel, i asked them to confirm when we departed and arrived in the hotel using the CCTV but they claimed they didnt have the access. The most annoying part of this was the way they went about it, both rooms we stayed in were rudely awakened on the first morning when the reception "manager" let himself into our rooms at around 8am and told us that we would be getting removed from the hotel for this supposed noise.

We also spoke to alot of other people around the hotel and their feelings were mutual. Girls at the pool also experienced the same guy bursting into their room while they were in bed without knocking for no apparent reason.

I wouldnt recommend staying here, it appeared in the end that they had overbooked the hotel and placed guests in other hotels until they could accomadate them by throwing easy targets out on the street.

They also wouldnt let one of the girls that was staying there into her room as she had lost her keycard and the nightporter threw her out and wouldnt even let her sit in the reception until her mates arrived.

The hotel itself is very nice and over the past years we have had a really good time its just a shame that the night porter and supposed reception manager have deflated the whole experience of staying there.

Nice pool and surroundings, lots of sun chairs. Clean room and bathroom and excellent service by all staff. I'd recommend.

Would go to the Rosamar Aparthotel again, everything was great and was very clean.

Depending on where you go on holiday in Ibiza your going to get noise, but it was not that bad. Was quiet after midnight!

Would most definitely go back. Staff very friendly, rooms very nice clean an tidy, good entertainment for the kids.

Nice place, nice hotel. Just remember its a partying resort. Nice hotel, very clean and tidy. Good view of the sea, good location. Nice pool area, good value breakfasts.
