The Staff On Reception And The Restaurants Were Ex
The staff on reception and the restaurants were extremely helpful gave us an upgrade as our room had a lot of faults but the room they put us in was their best it still had the same faults as the first no air con or heat as well as damp the room was 1026. It had a sea view. When we first arrived we was offered a room with a view of the car park even though the hotel was probably not anywhere near 70% occupancy, we didn't except it and then was given a sea view room. The spa is small and the staff are rude and unhelpful the gym staff especially it is not up to the same five star standard I have become accustomed to in hotels like Abama Tenerife or Gran Melia Resorts. Food from room service was terrible I was informed by the manager of the restaurants that this is a problem they have not rectified after being open two year, no Michellin Star chef let alone a good executive one.
