This Was The Worst Hotel I've Every Stayed In. Re
This was the worst hotel I've every stayed in. Reception area very smart and reception staff were brilliant and then it went downhill. Our first week was in one room with a connecting door which was locked but we were disturbed late at night/early morning by person in adjoining room coming in late and being sick - what a noise. During our second week we were moved three times and eventually given another room with an adjoining door. Once again this caused us sleepless nights due to TV noise and shouting. The dining room was dark and noisy with wooden tables that need a good clean down and re-varnishing. Our first room looked over the bus station, 2nd over housing, 3rd on ground floor looking at bushes and luckily 4th faced the sea which gave a great view. Lots of timeshare people work out of this hotel which is a nuisance as you do not want constant pressure from this industry. Maid service was good and towels changed every other day. Meals okay but virtually same each day - need more variety when you are staying for 14 days. Location good as close to bus station and sea front which has blocked paving for miles and miles so enjoyed long walks on the coastline. Loads to see and do on the island. They drive on the left so if you are used to this driving on the island is brilliant. Many roads have recently been upgraded but some still have potholes and at times signs disappear so just go where you think and you'll not get lost as it is only a small island.

The Food Is Out Of This World. The Hotel Is In A G
The food is out of this world. The hotel is in a good location, near to shops and the promenade. The service is second to none. Entertainment could be better. I have a weeks timeshare in this hotel the Grand Hotel Mercure San Antoni, and found it to be superb.
